This delicious broth is cooked down for 12 hours before being strained. The broth stems from carrots, celery, beef bones, onion, and other vegetables. Once being cooked down to a fraction of it's volume, it's served with braised beef, bok choy, green onions, and a boiled egg. Grass fed beef is sourced from Strauss Farm, cage free egg (we're in love with them!) is from Little Farm.
